Welcome to Game Day VIP. By accessing our website and purchasing tickets or hospitality packages through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Purchase Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Game Day VIP acts as a ticket reseller and hospitality broker. We source premium tickets and VIP experiences for sports events, live music, and entertainment. All purchases are subject to the terms set out below.

All ticket sales are final. Once a purchase has been confirmed and payment processed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser.

Tickets are sold at market value and may be priced above or below face value. Game Day VIP is not affiliated with any official ticketing body, sports club, or venue unless expressly stated.

You will receive your tickets via email or post within the timeframe stated at the point of purchase. For last-minute purchases, tickets may be delivered electronically on the day of the event.

VIP and hospitality packages include premium seating, dining, and exclusive access as described in the individual package listing. Package contents are subject to availability and may vary from event to event.

All hospitality packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing with Game Day VIP. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of any deposit paid.

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, we will endeavour to provide a full refund of the ticket price paid. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.

If an event is postponed, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us within 7 days of the postponement announcement to discuss your options.

Game Day VIP does not accept cancellations initiated by the customer after purchase. In exceptional circumstances, requests may be considered at our sole discretion.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice until a purchase is confirmed.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Game Day VIP does not store your card details.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

Tickets purchased from Game Day VIP are for personal use only. Resale of tickets at a profit may be prohibited by the event organiser and could result in the ticket being voided.

Transfer of tickets to a third party is permitted provided the recipient agrees to comply with the event organiser's terms and conditions of entry.

Game Day VIP shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from an event being cancelled, postponed, or altered by the organiser, or from any failure by a venue or third-party supplier.

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant tickets or package.
